AUD Library supports and nurtures the mission and vision of the University by providing information resources and services to support study, teaching, and research, as well as continuous development, thus enriching the learning experience and encouraging scholarly research in a welcoming and inclusive environment that allows for both individual study and collaborative work.

 

VISION

AUD Library will be the hub that brings together diverse individuals, communities, and information to advance research, education, and innovation.

 

GOALS

  • Continuing to provide collections in multiple formats to fully support the breadth, depth, and diversity of the university’s teaching and learning needs.
  • Supporting the research, scholarly, and creative mission of the university by providing excellent research support services.
  • Building unique partnerships that benefit the institution, build and expand broaden community outreach.
  • Enabling a dynamic library workforce to continue to provide a student-centric digital Library and a central research point by supporting capacity building.
  • Redesigning the library to provide accessible and inclusive spaces that support different learning styles and research needs.
